On July 16, the founding ceremony of Shenyang Zhongfu Kejin Pressure Container Co., Ltd, was held in Xiyuan Hotel, Beijing. The Company is co-founded by Lianyungang Zhongfu LiangZhong Composites Group Co., Ltd, Institute of Metal Research Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shenyang Kejin New Material Co., Ltd, which is expected to become the production base for gas container.
Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co., Ltd is the composites production base for CCGC. It possesses more than 10 production lines for FW FRP pipe and container with an annual capacity of 20 thousand tons, some of which are imported and others are self-developed. The gas bottle company of Shenyang Kejin New Material Co. was a base of Institute of Metal Research Chinese Academy of Sciences for industrialization of high-tech and new achievements. It developed the domestic lightest seamless steel gas bottle, seamless refined aluminum-alloy gas bottle, aluminum-alloy vacuum, thin-wall aluminum-alloy vacuum and the domestic first-class carbon fiber winding gas bottle.
Shenyang Zhongfu Kejin Pressure Container Co., Ltd will take advantage of the R&D power of Institute of Metal Research Chinese Academy of Sciences, exert the full of the filament winding technology of Zhongfu Lianzhong Group and the technology of gas bottle of Shenyang Kejin Gas Co., Ltd to exploit the market. It will take the existing production of respiration gas bottle as its foundation to further develop high technology and high value added products and strive to penetrate into the large potential natural gas bottle market.
The signing of the joint venture contract showed that the leading building material group, China National Building Material Group (CNBM) and the “aircraft carrier” of Chinese sciences and technology arena, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has began their strategic cooperation. As one of the subsidiary of CNBM, CCGC has occupied a large share in Chinese civil composites market, which covers FRP auto parts, FRP pleasure boat, glass fiber veil and FRP pipe and container. Shenyang Zhongfu Kejin Pressure Container Co., Ltd will reinforce the competitiveness of CCGC in the field of pressure container.
